4. AI Coaching Conversations
When you submit questions to our AI coaching feature, your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate responses. Please be aware:
- Conversations are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy
- We store conversation history to provide context for follow-up questions
- We may review anonymized conversation samples to improve coaching quality
- Do not submit sensitive personal information (financial data, passwords, etc.) through the coaching chat
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
SportsIQ is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@sportsiqapp.info and we will delete that information.
For users between 13 and 18, we encourage parental involvement in account setup and ongoing use of the application.

SportsIQ uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

- RevenueCat — Subscription management and billing
- Apple App Store / Google Play — App distribution and payment processing

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all data transmission between the app and our servers. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:

- Delete your account and associated data

You can delete your account directly within the app settings or by emailing us. Account deletion will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
